Quelque chose que je suis privilégiant beaucoup en ce moment fait mes sites plus « collante ». Je veux dire par « collante » création de contenu, des outils, des jeux, etc... que faire mes sites plus intéressants et créer une expérience utilisateur bon.

Cela prend plus de travail, mais je crois fermement qu'il vaut bien le temps et l'énergie de le faire, car il vous aidera à obtenir plus viral trafic visiteurs sera plus enclin à partager votre site et il sera également créer les bonnes mesures pour montrer à Google (plus sur cela plus tard).

Chaque site sera différent, vous devez donc demander vous-même, ce qui pourrais ajouter à mon site qui ferait s'en tenir à tous les autres sites dans la niche de mon site. N'oubliez pas votre objectif devrait être d'avoir le meilleur emplacement dans votre créneau, comme ce gagneront en long terme.

Cela dit, j'ai juste eu quelques grands outils créés pour l'un de mes sites, que le visiteur peut jouer avec et une fois fait peut imprimer les résultats, de leur envoyer un courriel à un ami ou de sauver ! Pretty cool Hein... et j'espère ce peuple naturellement le lien pour le site et aussi le bon vieux trafic de renvoi des sites sociaux.

Vous n'avez pas à dépenser beaucoup sur ce truc, en fait des questionnaires simples peuvent faire l'affaire, comme ce que vous avez trouver sur Outils Snack (merci à Lisa P pour celui-là) – peuvent travailler beaucoup. La clé est de rendre vos sites plus intéressant que tout texte brut, comme Let's be totalement honnête ici, qui aime vraiment la lecture d'une page complète de texte juste ? Personnellement, je ne m'et profitez d'un site beaucoup plus, si je peux interagir ou même juste une vidéo combinée avec le texte.

Vous pouvez obtenir n'importe quel nombre de simples scripts créés pour très peu de frais, comme une calculatrice IMC si vous êtes dans la niche de perte de poids, ou quoi que ce soit que quelqu'un dans la niche trouverait signet utile et très probablement votre site pour y revenir.

Sur cette note, ajoutant simplement qu'une vidéo dans votre contenu de YouTube est une des formes plus élémentaires de la « rigidité » que vous pouvez faire. J'aime à l'aide de YouTube sur les sites, parce que ce qui arrivera est votre vidéo obtiendrez vues plus si il est intégré sur votre site, ce qui aidera à rang plus élevé dans YouTube lui-même. Au fil du temps votre chaîne YouTube augmentera en situation d'autorité, et je pense que c'est non seulement une source de bonne circulation supplémentaire, mais un beau signal à Google que vous avez un site de qualité, si vous avez un canal de qualité liant à vous.

Tableaux de comparaison bien fait bon est très intéressants et peut amener les gens non seulement traîner sur la page, mais également lier à elle. Cela peut être comparer les caractéristiques de plusieurs produits et leurs prix, mais juste Assurez-vous que l'information est exacte, elle ne suppose que. Vous pourriez aussi avoir une table avec les chiffres les plus récents, par exemple, un site sur les métaux précieux pourrait avoir un graphique sur le derniers prix au comptant.

Vous pourrait aussi faire des listes de produits des meilleures et la pires dans le créneau et pourquoi vous pensez que c'est le cas. Par exemple, dans le créneau « Webinaires en ligne », il y a quelques produits, et la fourchette de prix est énorme. Si vous pourriez l'enfoncer et même faire des démos de vous-même en utilisant les outils pour illustrer les caractéristiques de chacun et de les comparer ensuite.

Si vous prenez le temps d'écrire un PDF vraiment informatif sur un sujet dans votre niche, cela peut être un excellent outil, comme le peuple va s'accrocher de lire et de partager aussi avec les gens, si la qualité est bonne. Vous pourriez même levé votre trafic sur une période de temps et découvrez ce qu'ont les gens de questions plus populaires et ensuite de la recherche et répondre à toutes ces et la créer dans un rapport sur votre site et dire ce que vous avez fait les gens et ce sont les conclusions de votre recherche.

Avoir un vrai blog avec commentaires actives, par « réel », j'entends un il y a effectivement une lectorat/communauté comme celui-ci, où les gens resteront autour de sur le site et participer.

Bien sûr, vous pouvez aller le mille supplémentaire et envisage d'ajouter un forum sur votre domaine. Je prévois de faire cela avec ma boutique ecommerce par la suite, une fois que je prendre de l'ampleur plus avec elle, car je crois qu'un forum est une excellente façon d'amener les gens à rester et aussi partager votre domaine avec d'autres personnes. Cela présente de nombreux avantages ajoutés si bien, comme l'ajout de contenu au domaine.

J'avez mentionné cela dans un post précédent, mais assurez-vous que votre site est agréable et facile à naviguer, comme si quelqu'un obtient une mauvaise impression de votre site dès qu'ils arrivent, il faut travailler en amont pour essayer de les convaincre de rester pour le contenu de grand. I Don't bother même lecture de contenu sur les sites qui ont l'air vraiment merdique.

En terminant, je pense que mettre l'accent sur des sites collante est un aspect très important sur le marketing en ligne, et une fois de plus il revient à améliorer l'expérience utilisateur. Si vos visiteurs traîner sur votre site, visitez plusieurs pages sur le site et partagent sur les réseaux sociaux, vous êtes en bonne forme et Google adore voir ce genre d'activité. C'est quand je pense que c'est une bonne idée d'avoir Google Analytics installé sur votre domaine, ce type de mesures sont génial pour montrer à Google, il s'avère pour eux que vous avez un site de haute qualité.

Google verra que pas tout le trafic provient des moteurs de recherche, vous obtenez des recommandations de médias sociaux, ceux qui restent sur le site dans une quantité décente de temps, vous avez un taux de rebond faible et beaucoup de retour de visiteurs, ce qui pourraient plus besoin de Google !

J'aimerais vraiment entendre « collantes » idées les gars vous savez, comme les idées plus que nous partageons avec eux le mieux!!

Flying Panda Google Webinar

There has been much talk of Google in recent months, as they have even highlighted another new updated update called "Google Penguin" too, which has ruffled feathers SEO circles. First of all, Google Panda is different in that it is a part permanent Google algorithm and refreshes every 4 weeks.

Whenever it updates it get smarter too, so if you know how to create websites Google Panda love, you have a great advantage over your competitors. In this Webinar the presenter, Eric, shows evidence of how he has mastered Google Panda and shows evidence collections complete site screen shot, that he has received for its customers. A client of his, he actually received an increase of 3000 unique visitors a day!

In the webinar that eric explains what he calls the "quality SEO Score" that Google Panda gives sites and explains how to improve your quality score. Your quality score less the backlinks, you will need to build, I am sure we can all agree is a good thing! A very big misunderstanding on Google Panda is that you have to write good quality content, but this is not true at all, and Eric explains this in the webinar. There is much more to Google Panda most people know. Current SEO environment is somewhat troubling for many webmasters, because it is not as easy to reach the top of Google it. Dropship Affiliate Marketing - my success story

A while back I posted about making money through drop shipping, and in this post I decided to add my personal experience/success with this method of affiliate marketing to encourage you guys and stimulate more ideas for you all!

I won’t be revealing the niche that I’m doing this in, for obvious reasons, however I’m happy to share the strategy with guys. Also I will be explaining some of the drawbacks to be aware of also.

OK so I found a niche I liked and that ticked all the boxes of a good niche, and then proceeded to contact suppliers in the niche directly, using the phone, which is somewhat foreign to many online marketers but the best way to get results if you’re looking for a company to drop ship for you. I explained what I wanted to do, what my experience is, and how we could both benefit from this, and they straight away said yes!

It’s really not a hard sell you know, put yourself in the shoes of the supplier, they get more sales for no extra work on their behalf. All they have to do is send out more orders, which they do every day anyway.

Once I had the deal in place, I went out and got my eCommerce store built on Magento, which is free, but I don’t think I would use this again as it uses a lot of resource to function and as a result is slow. I need to research better alternatives soon, as I’m not happy with Magento. If anyone knows of a good alternative please comment below, but only if you have experience, as all the reviews on stores are often not from actual real users.

While the store was being built, I did my keyword research. The way I did this was by getting the entire product list from the supplier who is drop shipping for me, and going through each product using SECockpit, and compiling my results in an excel document.

In addition to targeting the product keywords, I also added a blog on the store, so I can target information keywords for the same niche, and broaden my keywords. A well done blog is key, as it acts like a funnel to where you make money on the site. Just make sure you have obvious links and banners to your store, so the traffic that arrives here can easily get to your store too, as that’s where you make money!

In order to drive traffic to the store, I signed up for Google AdWords, and also planned out my SEO campaign for organic keywords. Google gives you a free $75 voucher to use if you are a new account, and they also provide a month worth of support with their account managers.

I can’t help but have a dig at Google here though before I proceed. Their Google AdWords so called “Experts” are pretty much useless, as they know very little about AdWords past setting up Ad groups and match types, which is beginners stuff.

It really is laughable, I chatted to the rep who called me, and asked about tracking and conversions and they went silent and fumbled for some answer to save face!!

The issue with Google AdWords though, is that the cost per click is high, and in order to be profitable you really need to get these costs down. Without going into a huge rant about AdWords, one thing I did was big high initially to get my ads in a high position, so they would get a good Click Through Rate (CTR). I left the ads to run for a week and then checked the data.

You really need a decent amount of clicks on your ads to make any decisions about how to adjust things. A minimum amount of clicks really should be 50-100 per ad group I think.

Some things to consider are; if you are getting a lot of impressions and not many clicks, rework your ad copy. If you’re not getting many impressions, check the keywords you’re targeting for that ad group. If you get lots of clicks and not many sales, check the page you’re sending to, as your conversions most likely need work. However, it may well be the price, so drop the price for a test and see if that makes a difference.

AdWords is only one method of paid traffic, and I intend on using media buys and other paid methods also, however AdWords is an easy place to start, it’s just expensive so you have to track things. Make sure you have conversion tracking installed from inside your account.

A friend of mine who’s more experienced with AdWords, as manages large companies campaigns told me, that on average you need to be under $20 per sale with AdWords to be profitable. This means you don’t want to spend more than $20 on clicks to get your sale. This varies depending on your profit margins, but that’s the average anyway.

In light of all the changes this year with Google Penguin and the ongoing Google Panda updates, I approach SEO differently these days. I still get backlinks, but I focus most importantly on the user experience on my site.The first thing I did was follow all the instructions that Eric Lancheres teaches in his Panda Breakthrough, which enabled the site to be set up to win from the start (just to add, the rankings have been doing awesome already).

To do this I make sure all the content is very easy to find, and as mentioned earlier have a blog on the domain for information articles for those who might not want to buy just yet.

I don’t want to go into a huge post here about SEO, but one thing I will say is that I do focus more on getting links from related to sites in the niche or a similar niche, and guest blogging has helped this. I also make sure the backlinks I get look natural if not all of them are, and one way to do this is varying up your anchor text.

Gone are the days of having all your links have the exact same anchor text. I hardly ever use the exact anchor anymore, but mix it up with loads of similar variations. Also remember to keep adding quality things to your site, that will attract natural links. At the moment my store has a good blog and a cool free download.

My E commerce store has the major advantage of repeat customers! This is brilliant as it means the same people come back and order again. I have already started to see this happening on the store. Essentially what this means is the average sale price increases, which means you can afford to spend more on marketing to get each sale.

I mentioned using Google Adwords above, however the main issue is the cost. Yes you can do things to get this cost down, however another thing to calculate is repeat sales, as this will bring the cost per sale down. So even if you break even on Google Adwords, you have to keep in mind you are building your customer list which is important.

The is a higher level of responsibility with online stores, so keep in mind you have to have a phone number listed for customers to content you, so be prepared for the phone to ring the more successful your sites becomes. You’re also dealing with peoples money so you have to make sure you are on the ball and check the sales everyday.

Another quick thing to note is about Hosting. I won’t bore you with the nightmare I have been through recently, all I will say is that you need a good host for a store as it takes more memory and disk space to run it, and like I said earlier Magento is a resource hog which caused me a lot of frustration!!

The major positives about drop shipping are that you can target a wide range of keywords without having to stock all the products yourself. You also don’t have to deal with postage either. This makes your store a digital store, and pretty much the same as traditional affiliate sites.

I think there is a lot less competition as it does take more work to get a store online, so less people bother to do it. Not only that though, but I also think Google likes a well done eCommerce store, especially if you’re using Google AdWords, which is tougher to be able to do with information sites.

To be honest, I think if you can vary up your traffic sources the better it is, so it doesn’t have to be Google AdWords, just don’t have ALL your traffic coming from SEO, as that can look pretty suspect in Google eyes.

The negatives for drop shipping are that you are relying on another company to deliver the stock on time and in a good condition. If they don’t do this well, it reflects back on you and you look bad in front of your customers. This unfortunately has happened a few times to me already, and it is a concern, but nothing too alarming at this stage.

The other major downside is knowing exactly what stock is actually available. I have had to refund some orders when I found out from the supplier, after I had processed the sales, that they no longer had that item in stock. This is just part of drop shipping that you have to deal with, and thank fully it hasn’t happened much.

One last thing, at the moment I’m doing a lot of the tasks manually, such as processing the orders, which is not ideal, but I plan on getting someone to help with this soon. However until the store is really cranking I’m happy to do this stuff.

So to wrap up, it took me about 4-5 weeks from getting the idea for the store to actually making my first sale. I don’t expect everyone will get results this fast, as I have experience with marketing online, but the fact is this is what happened for me. Right now I’m getting about 2 sales every day, which I will keep working on, with a target of 10 a day, and also building my email list with new customers and potential customers. In addition to this I’m also building the Facebook fan base too.

All in all this venture is turning into another successful site for me. So if people tell you that you can’t be successful with drop shipping don’t listen, as I am doing it right now and it has been relatively easy too.

There are loads of great niches you could do this in, and you don’t need a special drop shipping list, as all I did was get on the phone and chat to suppliers. You’d be a amazed at how positive the response is, especially in the USA.

The Google Penguin update

Recently Google released yet another change which is being referred to as the “Google Penguin” update. Sounds very cute, much like the friendly Google Panda…yeah right!!

In this post I want to discuss this latest update, and once again address some common concerns, as I seem to be getting a lot of worried people contacting me after their sites got hit hard by Google over the past few months.

Penguin was an update to the Google algorithm that was released on the 24th of April, with intention of apparently penalizing sites for over-optimization, otherwise known as spamming. The first thing I want to say is that its early days, and no one knows exactly what this update was precisely targeting, but nonetheless I will do my best to share some insight, as I can happily say that I actually experienced a positive increase or no change across the board on all my websites after this update, and also after the latest Panda update which happened the week prior.

First off, we can start to get an understanding of this update by reading what Google officially states about it. If you read the Google Webmaster blog it says this:

“The change will decrease rankings for sites that we believe are violating Google’s existing quality guidelines. We’ve always targeted webspam in our rankings, and this algorithm represents another improvement in our efforts to reduce webspam and promote high quality content. While we can’t divulge specific signals because we don’t want to give people a way to game our search results and worsen the experience for users, our advice for webmasters is to focus on creating high quality sites that create a good user experience and employ white hat SEO methods instead of engaging in aggressive webspam tactics.”

OK so as you would expect Google doesn’t spell it out for everyone, but rather provides a very vague overview and focusses on their overall intention with the update. The key things that we can take from this statement I believe are “high quality sites” and “good user experience“, nothing we didn’t all know already, but who’s actually doing it is more to the point.

One can safely assume that this update, after reading the full Google blog post, was looking at keyword stuffing in content, as Google gives  a really over the top example of what this looks like. The example is a poor one, as that sort of keyword stuffing has been slapped by Google for years, so I guess it’s some level of more critical analysis of over use of keywords in your On Page SEO that this update was targeting. With that said, you might want to pay attention to how your content uses keywords and make it look natural. Golden rule for all SEO, make it look natural if it isn’t totally natural!!

I’ve been harping on about the user experience on this blog a fair bit over the past few months, and you guessed it, I’m going to continue to do so, as I keep seeing sites that get slapped by Google, where the webmasters are shocked and have no idea why. In most cases when I look at these sites, I can see glaringly obvious reasons, as the sites are clearly not designed for the user at all.

I want to also add this quote from Matt Cutts (head of Google Anti-Spam team):

“We want people doing white hat search engine optimization (or even no search engine optimization at all) to be free to focus on creating amazing, compelling web sites. As always, we’ll keep our ears open for feedback on ways to iterate and improve our ranking algorithms toward that goal.”

…”even no optimization at all…” yeah right, and pigs may just fly one day too!

Also its important to note that Google Panda 3.5 was also rolled at a week prior to the Penguin update, around the 17th of April, so if you lost a significant amount of traffic around that date, then you were most likely ‘Pandalized’ rather than ‘Penguinalized!!!!’

Oh and let’s not forget the 750,000 unnatural backlink warning messages that Google sent out prior to these changes, warning webmasters to remove links that were acquired through unnatural means…what an interesting few months its been!

Ok so it doesn’t take a genius to notice that Google is on the aggressive right now, trying their hardest to remove spam from the results and level the playing the field for SEO. I ‘ve never experienced this many changes so closely related than what we are seeing now.

One thing that I must say I find pretty frustrating is that Google tells us not to do much if any SEO, other than make your sites easier to crawl etc…and when it comes to offpage SEO they expect it to happen naturally. The problem for the small guys and gals doing web marketing is that it’s virtually impossible to get enough exposure in the first place so that other webmasters even know about our sites to even consider linking to you. Sure large brands don’t have to worry as they already have a following.

So I don’t think the playing field is that level when Google does the changes they make, but regardless we have to play by their rules as closely as we can, or pay the price of getting no traffic from Google.

So with that said, in light of all the carnage going on out there right now, here’s some suggestions that might help:

If Google wants people to just blog away and build affiliate marketing sites or stores etc…without doing any significant SEO, then we really need to mimic this as closely as possible. If you take a look at a few dozen sites ranking in Google now for various keywords, ask yourself if you think they are doing careful On Page SEO or not.

It’s really not that hard to spot, just look at some of the titles of pages on sites and ask yourself if these look like they were written with the keyword in mind or the topic in mind. Of course you will see some junk that is ranking and ask yourself how this got there, but just overlook that as Google will remove the junk eventually, so don’t get caught up on that just focus on good quality yourself.

Also have a look at all the content on the sites and ask yourself if the topics were written with keywords in mind or with topics in mind. Of course if you want to get traffic to your sites, you really have to do keyword research, and then target these keywords, however do it as natural looking as you can, so you still target keywords but fly under the radar!

If you focus on building great quality sites, that your traffic will love, then they will naturally want to bookmark your site and share it on Facebook and Google Plus. Not only that though, they will most likely come back again and also search for your site in Google using the site name. Ideally you want your site to get a lot of searches for its name, as it’s a clear signal to Google that people like it. Other good signals are the time on your site, low bounce rate, high average page view etc…

The only way you stand any chance of getting these “good signals” happening on your site is if you actually have a good site, not rocket science really. The problem is that good sites take effort and time and a lot of people can’t be bothered, and instead continue to put up low quality thin sites, and try all sorts of things to dodge the Google bullets, but honestly it’s all a waste of time in the long run, trust me I’m speaking from experience.

Google are only going to roll out more and more updates like Penguin and Panda, who knows maybe the next one will be called “Google Poodle”, ha ha, then you can say your site was “Poodlized!!! In all seriousness though, the sooner you move towards managing less sites, and focussing on higher quality, and thinking about the user experience, that better you will do in Google.

Ok so here comes the bombshell, Google sent out all these unnatural link warning to webmasters over the past few months, and sites who got them experiences a drop in rankings. The result is that many webmasters frantically started to remove any links they thought Google might frown upon and then submit for a reconsideration. I assume many SEO companies got dropped by webmasters, only to be replaced by news ones who get on their high horse and claim they are pure whitehat SEO and all will go well if the webmaster is to choose them…I doubt it…no one is 100% whitehat.

So why is this a bombshell then? Well the obvious question is, “if low quality backlinks to your sites can harm them, can’t we all go out and build a bunch of low quality links to our competitors?”

My response to this used to be “No way, if Google allowed this it could well create total chaos online”

My response now is “I’m not sure anymore, and I am starting to think low quality links combined with a lack of good signals coming off your site may well cause problems for you!”

I don’t think these recent changes in regards to backlinks will cause widespread chaos by any means, the reason being that chaos, I assume, would mean the likes of Amazon could be taken down, or other well established authority brands. I don’t think will ever happen, as these kinds of sites have way too many good signals for Google to ditch them, and the same goes for much smaller, yet quality sites too.

So what about sites that are ranking well but don’t have many “good signals”, are these open for attack from this negative SEO? I can’t definitely say, but my assumption is that possibly yes, if the negative campaign against them is particularly nasty in nature and well planned out. I sincerely discourage anyone from getting involved in these tactics, as it’s not the way to win a battle, and we would all not like it if someone did it to us.

I encourage people, if you are using forced link building, and I think most of us will have to, make sure you don’t use overly spammy links, such as mass auto-blog comments, profile links, very public blog networks etc…anything that is really obvious and easy for Google to spot as forced linking. Also do your best to create content and tools, anything that will increase the chances of people linking to you naturally.

Also if you create a decent following in your niche this will happen much more easily. I think the key is to use linking as much as you need to, to gain momentum, but don’t rely on forced linking only, otherwise your site will not look natural.

To close this post I want to leave this final thought, spend time analyzing high quality sites in various niches, and take notes on how they make the user experience a good one, and do your best to employ as many of these techniques on your own sites.

Being Ethical in Online Marketing

What I’m about to share in this post may come as somewhat of a surprize to people, some may agree some disagree, that’s totally fine, my intention is to share my thoughts on being ethical when marketing online and also where I feel I have fallen down in this area sometimes myself.

Online marketing offers many great benefits, a few being the flexibility it provides of when and where you can work, and also the scope of customers you can reach anywhere in the world. Many people also prefer not to have to deal with customers face to face, and this again is an appealing aspect of the web.

However there are many things that are not so great about online marketing, in particular I’m referring to ‘ethics’ and lack thereof from many people.

There are a number of causes for this lack of ethics, and I’ll going into specifics later in the post, however I believe a common one is desperation. When people struggle to make money online, they often resort to doing things that they would otherwise not ever do, and especially never do if they had to deal with the customer face to face. It’s this lack of personal interaction, which somewhat makes it easier for people to be unethical in their ventures, because they never see the impact on real people, they just deal with their keyboard.

In addition to this, another HUGE factor that contributes to unethical behaviour is greed. When people start to get a taste of making money, and I’m guilty of this too, it can be all too easy to keep wanting more and more money, and then to compromise on ethics to get it. There is no excuse for this, it’s just simply not cool.

Although I’m referring to unethical behaviour in the internet marketing world, I see much worse unethical behaviour in the corporate world all the time. The banking section is the worse I’ve ever come across, you can’t tell me that ‘fractional reserve lending’ is ethical and fair, and that’s only the start of it when it comes to the corrupt international banksters. Just look at the Federal Reserve Bank of America, most people falsely assume this bank is a government agency…I’m afraid not. Anyway, the point is that corruption is everywhere, and the common areas I see online marketers become unethical is with affiliate marketing and also selling info products as vendors.

The main issue that I’ve battled with over the years of doing affiliate marketing, is how to create a content based site that is not overly bias towards the vendor you’re an affiliate for, to the point where you cross over into deception. A lot of this comes down to the keywords you choose to market the site on. For example, if you target ‘buyer keywords’ such brand names, product names and model numbers, these can be great for conversions. The reason they are great for conversions is that people who type these keywords into Google are at the end of the buying cycle and often just looking for one more site to push them over the line to buy, unless their is something they should know to stop them.

S what’s so wrong with that, I hear you ask….well the issue I have is that most affiliates who rank for these types of keywords always place the product in a positive light, often regardless of whether they actually know if the product is good or not. Most affiliates don’t go to the lengths of actually researching the products that they are writing about, and just whack up some content and hope that it does the job and makes sales.

The fact is this does make sales, although not as well as it used to, however I know it works. The reason I know is because I used to do it myself, which I now think is not cool. If you purchased my Rapid Profit Formula, in the first version I showed an example site that did this, however I no longer think that’s the right way to write reviews, which I will go into more detail now.

I think a better way to build affiliate marketing sites is to either buy the product that you are affiliated with, and do a proper review of it, or at least research it very carefully and do real comparisons against other competition products and tell the truth.

You can always be an affiliate for all the options, this way you can be upfront about the product, and if it’s not a great choice, say so in your review and recommend a product that’s better. However this does not mean you should recommend a product that pays out more commission just to make more money. It’s possible to write good reviews on products, as long as you research. The aim for an affiliate should be to act like a friend to the website visitor and help them. If you’re in a niche where you don’t feel you can do this with the products, then I suggest starting a new niche.

Furthermore, if you choose keywords that are not product related ie. info keywords, you can simply provide valuable content on the topic and then tell people if they want to try a product that helps do XZY then here’s a one ==>Affiliate Link<==, or again just use banners and let them do the work.

I think the ideal position of the affiliate is to be a solid resource for a potential buyer, like a mini Wikipedia on a particular niche topic, so their sites actually help the visitor to make a more informed buying decision. Far too often, and again I have been guilty of this myself, I see affiliates building sites solely targeting buyer keywords because they convert well, and producing dishonestly positive reviews, to coerce the visitor into buying the product. There is no way this is ethical, and the worse culprits are affiliates that pretend they have used the product and it falesy claim it gave them great results, even worse is having  a fake photo on the site pretending it is a photo of the website owner. You must have seen the reviews that go something like this:

“I used suffer acne, then I bought XYZ product and now my acne is gone and I feel amazing…you can check it out for yourself here ==>Affiliate link<==”.

I can happily say that I never once did that, as I always thought that was going way to far, but I have been guilty of writing positive reviews about products I didn’t research as well as I should have, but will never do it again.

With all that said, there is a place for well-done affiliate marketing sites, but I strongly believe they have to be seen as great mini resources for people, and have real solid, well researched and written content, and even videos if possible, that come along side the potential buyer and help them work out what product, if any, is right for them. This can be done on the site itself, or later through email marketing, or like I said earlier just have banner ads in your sidebar if like.

Now this is where I’ve seen things stoop to very low levels of ethics indeed. The Internet Marketing niche is the worst, but not alone, as I’ve seen pretty terrible deception in other niches from product owners also, the dating niche comes to mind. Anyway, what I find the most frustrating are the marketers that create products on a particular internet marketing topic that they themselves know nothing about, and are not even doing themselves. This is really bad in my books and frankly pretty difficult for more to comprehend. These products come in the form of ebooks and software, it doesn’t matter it all bad news. So please be very careful before you buy something from someone who has not proven to be legitimate.

You might ask yourself why these dodgy products sell at all, and the sad fact is that unsuspecting people who read over hyped, yet well written sales pages, are easily convinced and buy. These pages are full of lies, such as fake earnings, fake testimonies, and outlandish claims of success people will have while using the product. Again I can gladl say, that none of these things I have ever done myself, as all my products are birthed from real results.

However I have not been 100% squeaky clean (although I will be from now on), so in the vein of being ethical let me lead by example, as I like to make sure I always do the right thing be everyone on my email list.

Although I never promote products unless I think they are very good, and I know the owner is a legitimate marketer who knows their stuff, I have fallen guilty of doing a few tactics that I now look back on with disapproval. For example, I have in the past stated that bonus packs I have offered as part of a promotion I’m doing for a joint venture partner are limited, when in actual fact I have not followed through on that and ended up letting as many people have the bonus as wanted it! How is that ethical, it’ not, and I should never ever have done it. For this I’m sorry, as it’s just not on, and can assure you that you’ll never see me do that again.

I’ve also been caught up in other tactics that I saw other marketers using, or listened to advice from people who told me to do it, which I’m also not proud of. For example, I’ve promoted products as an affiliate to my list, and said there is a limited number before we close the doors, and in reality the doors never closed. How is that ethical, it’s not, and again I apologize and will never do this ever again either, and if you feel I may have done this to you, and want a refund for a product you bought from me, I will refund you if you think this caused you to purchase a product and you are not happy about it, as long as you can send proof of purchase of course. However I do need to clear, I only did this on a few occasions, it was not often, but like I said I want to be transparent with everyone.

I also need to make something clear, when I have had price increases on products I own, such as my recent VideoCommissionFormula.com launch, these are real, and you can check that for yourself, as the price is now $67. And when I have done webinars and there is a special price on offer, these special deals are legitimate discounts for you all, so please don’t be mistaken there either. For example I did one for SECockpit and also SYNND and these plus others, are very real discounts and savings which I negotiate for you all.

I never make anything about false price hikes, and my sales pages are real, with real results I got, which often is why they come across as a lot less hyped up as some of the ones you see on Clickbank, although fair play to Clickbank, as they are cleaning out scammy offers these days.

So there you have my rant on being ethical when online marketing. I think you can sum it up by asking yourself, if your grandmother were to come to your website, would you feel comfortable that she, in her elderly stage of life, would be in a good hands? It’s not a hard question to answer, but it’s often a hard question to ask.

Although there’s a lot of unethical behaviour going on across the web, I think we all should strive to clean this up, and not tolerate it and most definitely not get involved in it. I’m double checking all my websites this week to make sure I don’t have ‘fake’ affiliate reviews or misleading information out there.

In addition to this, Google also wants people to build websites like this, and if you do build great sites, you will win out in the end and rank well in Google, as your sites will collect natural links and social votes, get return visitors etc…

Another look at the selection of keyword on Google changes

One of the more crucial to get things right when marketing online is no doubt the keywords that you choose to promote your site on. I think it is that there is one of the most requested on the themes and also one of the more confusing for many people.

If your main objective is the subsidiary of marketing, then you should certainly read this post, as all Google changes in 18 months, we all attention to the key words target us.

I use to teach people to focus only on the classification of the keywords of the buyer. The type of keywords that are very specific in nature, as they convert to sales. For example, "buy canon powershop g1x". Someone typing that in Google, clearly seeks to buy this device, probably obtained their credit in hand for the cash card.

This leads to my point exactly, "seek the extraction!", they do not seek a review of the camera, so chances are if they land on a page that is a section of text, then I doubt that it is a good match for what they want.

The result will probably be that they hit the back button or close your site, or perhaps if you have the chance they will be click your really obvious affiliate link and head to a store to buy. A result of these three leads to a high bounce rate which does not like Google.

Much better to choose key words must match your content to the user. In other words "give what they want." Although it is possible to rank for the keywords that are not really a good match for what someone wants, as in the example of Canon that I gave above, its still not a good idea. The reason being that Google released that your content is poor match and possibly pits, otherwise known as a slap Google Panda!

The first port of call in any keyword research is to understand the market niche and what are the main topics covered in this niche. This will e-commerce stores, affiliate sites adsense, lead generation, quite another matter, because remember, your goal is to create sites of high quality of the user experience.

Let me remind you of what is said here a few months ago Google: Google take on high-quality sites. "The key is that statement".. .high quality sites that creates a user good experience.... "If that is the purpose of Google, then they clearly provide their algorithm changes to achieve this goal. Therefore if you focus on it, you fall naturally in line with what Google wants and be rewarded for it.

So when it comes to choosing your keywords, you need to look at what is necessary so that you can create content, to facilitate a good experience. A Web site that is loaded with the key words of the purchaser only, such as "buy XYZ" "revue XYZ" "XYZ model 123? will not cut these days."

You can still target high conversion keywords, but you must do so in a less obvious way. For example, if this decent search volume keyword phrase, it would be good a "where is the best place to purchase XYZ?" as the investigator always shows the intention to buy the product XYZ, but they really don't know this store to go yet, so they are more likely to want an article that will show you where to go and give a good reason to go.

Although typical information seeking words such as "Eating Watermelon will help me lose weight?" not convert into sales as high that "fat loss for idiots review" the fact is that the person typing this in Google is always your target market if you are in the weight loss niche, as they have shown a desire to lose weight.

Your goal is to take these people on a journey that will convert into a sale. The best way of people progress along this journey is through email marketing. By collecting e-mails and much higher in relation to your list convert you and move buyers information seekers.

I noticed that past recently done with my e-commerce store. I have a series of videos that I do for subscribers when they sign, much as I have this list of blog, and in the videos I provide more information about the use of my products and I see more sales from products videos are about.

A reminder more important is to ensure that you target only a single key word piece of content either, because it is like walking in the GooglePlex with ELASTANE Rose tight skin and hoping that no one with notice to you, hence the image I used for this position!

Remember to keep this beautiful and natural research "nothing out of the ordinary happening here Google, not I am not keyword targeting, goodness would never have I dream of such a thing, I love Google and support what you do, so I just leave up to you guys to decide which sites should be at the top, I just write great content....". »

Of course, I am sure that you can identify my sarcasm there. My point is that Yes, we need to plan and target for the keywords that get traffic, but we need to do better that we use to be able to.

In conclusion, if you want to market Web sites through organic search engine traffic, you must choose the keywords for your websites more closely these days and always keep in mind the user experience. Do not build Web sites only on very specific buyer keywords, as this will look suspicious and expose your sites for the very real risk of having slapped by Google. Build for the people of the user, sorry to harp on about it, but I still see people following the advice expired so I want to make sure that I get this message.

LeBron James Lead Miami Heat To 2012 NBA Championship – NBA Finals

LeBron James and Miami Heat had become the NBA champion for season 2012. LeBron James had lead the team to beat Oklahoma City Thunder 121-106 and aggregate 4 games to 1. It is an amazing performance by Lebron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. LeBron James had finally get his first NBA champion trophy and he is also the undisputed NBA finals MVP, with average  28.6 point, 10.2 rebound and 7.4 assist.

The 5th match of the NBA finals is a total mismatch, Miami Heat lead the Oklahoma City from the start to the end of the game. When Kevin Durant,Russell Westbrook being asked to sat out the final 4 minutes 43 seconds, you know it is all over. Everyone see Durant draping a towel around his head as if it might somehow block out the scene unfolding around him. The truth is, Lebron James and his teammates are too strong for Durant and gang today. James completed the final game with a triple-double — 26 points, 13 assists and 11 rebounds and lead a barrage of Heat in double figures. It is also a good team performance as every starter had at least 10 points. The surprise star for the 5th game is Mike Miller who found a perfect time to get hot, hitting seven 3-pointers en route to 23 points, one of the best in the NBA finals.

LeBron James’s per-game averages for the whole post season is one of the best in the history of the NBA playoffs. He’s is always consistent, calm and leadint the Miami team very well. LeBron James had been aggressive this year after the pain he suffer last year in the defeat to the Maverick. Throughout the 4th game again the Oklahoma Lebron James has been dominant and turning in his biggest performances when the Heat have desperately needed him at the best. It is no question James was the best best player in this NBA 2012 season and the post season.
